So long Fast And The Furious neon puke glow, hello duct tape. EA's next entry in its long-running racer looks to head in a new direction, away from the pristine candy colored past and toward a more rough and tumble future. The new Need For Speed will be announced sometime next week, so watch the clip and see if you can see the subtle hints about when it's going to hit.

won't be like either....its gonna be a departure from the imports, underground racing, fast and the furious....i think theyre gonna go back to what made NFS great
hopefully there will be varied tracks (not just one city)....hope they bring back tracks like alpine trail and more race tracks....looks like there will be damage....might just turn the NFS series around....i hope i'm not speaking too soon

oh man..i liked the city concept....!! hate random tracks tht u race without any connectivity..!!

Please bring back the exotic cars and landscaped tracks from the old NFS games! I mean I did like the tuner stuff and the open city stuff in NFSU/2, MW and Carbon but somehow I wish they brought back the tracks from NFS3/4, Porsche and Hot Pursuit 2 in high definition. That would be so cool!
