Upon its release in 1997, Interplay’s Fallout was lauded as an instant classic, one of those games that changes the way people think about a given genre (in this case, role-playing games). While many other RPGs were set in brightly-lit fantasy worlds crawling with fairies and dwarves, Fallout thrust the player into a gray, post-apocalyptic landscape that was crawling with nuclear mutants and abominations of nature. Unfortunately, after only one solid sequel, the Fallout franchise was plagued by a combination of bad luck and bad reviews, which ultimately helped lead to Interplay’s bankruptcy and legal problems. Enter Bethesda, the Maryland-based developer that brought the smash RPG The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion to the Xbox 360. read on---- previews.teamxbox.com/xbox-360/1661/Fallout-3/p1/

I've played Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel on the PS2. Kinda reminded me of buldar's gate in a good way. I'll probably eventually pick this game up. Im a sucker for good action RPGs. And don't you dare diss the greatness that is oblivion . That game is awesome. Everybody likes that game. They just dont like to admit it
