The sequel of the smash hit alone in the dark is coming on the 360 and ps3, it was quite scary but the story was awesome, the main character 'edward carnby' was very mysterious. i hope this game lives upto the expectations of the all horror genre fans, afterall this game was the 1st title to incorporate horror elements such as ghosts and monsters. i have seen it's screen shots as it is a working title not much could be said abt it right now, though i have crossed my fingers. peace

Silent Hill 5 is definitely coming... no other game can get me more hyped than that!
I'd probably throw a party the day we get the first screenshots of the game...

Without AITD, the Resident Evil and Silent Hill would have never be made.
@aman, SH4 was great, sure it deviates a lot from the first three and I was kind of disappointed in the beginning but I loved it more as I played. I have to agree with you about getting nightmares from it.
As for the scariest, for me it's SH2, SH3 was scary too but somehow SH2 managed to get under my skin. Besides SH2 has one of the best stories ever told in a video game. Hell, it even better than 95% of all the horror movies I've seen.

hey man i was never able to find sh2, otherwise i would have definately played it, anyhow the reason that i didnt liked sh4 was that the ending that i got was really bad, i'm thinking to play it again, time to meet walter sullivan again. peace

^^ I got the Good ending in SH4 on my first try! I was happy to save Eileen (she was such a babe even with the broken arm and leg... lol).
You should try and get SH2 dude, it's seriously one of the best games of all time!
