It's been a while since I participated in the discussions in this forum! Anyway, that was a pretty nice review Anmol.
As for what I think about this game ... well Saints Row is pretty fun if you ask me. I mean we all need a break from the intense shooter games like GOW and Vegas and Saints Row helps a lot in that. So if you are wondering whether to buy this game or Crackdown, I would recommend you to try out Saints Row because you sure as hell won't be disappointed with this game.

Okay, I completed the Vice Kings and Los Carnales missions and 99% of the Westside Rollers and so far I hadn't had any problems with any of them. It was almost too easy. But now I'm horribly stuck at the last Rollers mission. I must've tried it at least more than 50 times and I cannot blow that goddamn truck! My car (I've tried many different ones) keeps blowing up before I destroy those cars. Once I had even blown up Price's truck but my car was on fire and got blown up before the cutscene was triggered. It was damn frustrating!
Any tips??

^^Hey i remember that mission...it took me 7-8 tries to complete ...try using a hummer dude.. though its slow,it doesnt blow up easy and is much sturdier than other vehicles which makes aiming for the truck a bit easier IMO(worked for me).

^^ I hope by Hummer you mean the Bulldog... that's the closest thing to the Hummer. Tried using it too man... it does last longer than the other cars but blows up once the Rollers show up from behind. And I have 3 homies with me already...

^^ Ahhh okay, I hope I beat this mission before I break the controller! It's sad considering I already beat the harder gangs and I'm stuck at the one that's supposed to be the easiest!

take thepolice car and blow up the cars on the truck using the uzi P.s its not 99%  and thats why i told u to do the rollers first |

I meant 99% of the Rollers since I'm pretty sure this is the last mission of theirs... I know there are more story missions after this. I would've followed your advice but I had already done the Kings and Carnales when you told me that.  I think I did try with the Police car but I guess I'll give it another shot. I have quite a few Police cars in my garage, specially stored for the Insurance fraud activity. It's a piece of cake to complete with the Police car. |

I finally beat the mission last night! After trying for an hour with the Five-O I almost thought of giving up and started killing random people and cops. Soon my wanted level went to 6 stars and the FBI showed up. Jacked the FBI SUV and used it for the mission. After a couple of tries I was able to finish the mission. I'm so happy!! |

I personally found this game really nice. Story is pretty good and you really get addicted to the game after sometime. I don't think we should compare it with GTA as Grand Theft Auto is really head and shoulders above it. But this game is better than the other open world games out there.
BTW, even I took about 2-3 hours to complete that West Side Rollerz Mission. But when I figured out what to do, it was actually very easy. I shot the truck and drove at the same time(not that easy but I managed to do it nicely!). The truck was destroyed in 1-2 mins.
