Games. Most of the blockbuster games on the 360 such as GTA IV and Assasin's creed are already coming out on the 360. Might as well just by 360 games. You've got Halo 3, Mass Effect, GTA IV and Assasin's creed to look forward to without having to waste money on a second console.
