and it turns out the PS3 is the most practical Blu Ray player in the market...even if u go to amazon or best buy and search for "Blu Ray player" one of the first results that comes up is the PS3 lol

Hd dvd standalone players might be selling more,but if u add the ps3 then the hardware ratio is 3/4:1.without the ps3 blu ray was dead on arrival
Dont buy the hybrid player,for that price u can get a 360 addon and ps3

so kc ur saying to buy the addon which is for 8k or so for my 360.... and buy the ps3.... hmmmm nice ya.... tht way if u buy the ps3 for its blueray player .... then i wont feel bad having it as a 3rd console tht iv wasted money on.... hmmmm.... interesting.... ok so now here is the situation.... i jus bought a onkyo hts which has 3 optical ins 1 for 360 1 for ps3 1 for dvd player?? is 3 enuff?? or am i missing somethin?  |

As far as i know the hybrid player goes for 1000$ or more 200 for 360 addon and 600 for ps3. But if i were u i would wait since the ps3 will have a price drop and the addon will be sold for dirt cheap rates if hddvd sales dont pick up,and all this shd happen before christmas.

why are we running against movie just be sensible choosing gaming counsle according to games rating i have ps2 and now after so many reserh i will buy ps3
