i'm having this problem...whenever i try to buy an item or ask a seller a question on ebay (US)....i get the following message
To ensure that eBay remains a safe marketplace, we limit the amount of items that can be bought or sold by a single account at one time. You can increase the activity limits on your account by taking the following action:
Verify using a Credit Card Process is immediate and your card will not be charged.
Note: Some users may need to wait a few minutes for our systems to update before they can bid again. Thank you for your patience.
then when i click on "Verify using a Credit Card" it staright away gives me an error
Sorry, we can not process this credit card for you. Please go back to the site you originally registered to use your Credit card
anyone else facing this problem?

It seems like eBay US accepts only US credit cards. Have you bought anything from there using the same card before?

So, maybe they are putting some restrictions on goods sold outside of a country, or some server problem which mite go after some days ! wait n watch !
