Microsoft facing US$1.15bn Xbox 360 repair bill After many months of public complaints and outcries, Microsoft has publically admitted that *ALL* (as in every single one ever sold) Xbox 360's have a design defect that can lead to their failure. i paid 27,750 for a substandard product.....3 yr warranty doesnt make up for it....after those three years, it is still a defective product

Lol, now pay 24,000 for a console that's atleast not substandard. BTW, you forgot to add 2000 per year for a service that's not even officially supported here.

actually ur right....i personally have no reason to be mad at MS (yet)
1. i'm on only my 2nd console (i cant believe i'm mentioning this in a positive light)
2. my games arent getting scratched
3. i cant remember the last time my console froze
4. i have some decent games to keep me occupied in my free time

i hope my console doesn't aquire any shitty defect, i keep on thinking about it and sometimes want to get rid of my console coz i don't have any warranty and it won't be any good being dead  |

i question the credibility of this report....coz if it were true then it would have made headlines all over the world ...dont u think so .... i mean a major corp admitting it screwed up ...its the kind of news these journos and media would shred to pieces
