Nintendo lands punches on Sony in battle of the games consoles Nintendo confirmed its resurrection from an also-ran in the games console market to a serious challenger to the mantle long held by Sony, as it said sales were outpacing even the most optimistic forecasts. Shipments of its Wii console - famous for its motion-sensitive, remote control "wand" which allows players to play sports-like tennis or mime sword-fighting - topped its target of 6 million by the end of March, and is believed to be outselling Sony's new PlayStation 3 by two to one  . yeah but... man i dont think wii will last alot.. its more of a gimmick..like an impulse buy.. its cheap like 250$ so people dont think before buying it.. they just go and buy cuz its cheap, new, looks fun , cuz of the controller etc.. but ultimately it fails to deliver the hardcore gamers needs.. except for a few games like zelda, mario, metroid, pokemon.. it has nothing much... plus HD is gonna be a big point in the future.... man believe me , once u play on HD , u just cannot play on normal tv then.. HD is miles ahead.. when a Wii user whose never experienced HD will see a ps3 or 360 running on an HDtv , itl blow him away.. and ultimately he will end up buying one of those.. ps3 will last the most cuz of its advanced technology..blue ray will play an important role too..and not to forget ps3's software.. god of war 3, heavenly sword, lair, ratchet, jak , mgs 4, etc etc.. so many AAA excluusives.. ps3 is the king in my eyes , even right now (even tho it doesnt have many games right now but still.. soon ,, ) as they said.. "do not underestimate the power of playstation"  |

well , i have to admit , theres not suprise why the ps3 is losing . As i see it , there isn't any OMG AAAA MUST GAME LOL!!!! game out of the ps3 yet . Wait for the good **** to come out , then we'll see weather the ps3 is losing or not.
