source-CVG SCEE boss David Reeves has attempted to tackle the question of what is there to look forward to from Sony's internal studios after Killzone 2 ships. He says there are six or seven internally developed PS3 titles "which are absolutely spectacular" and that one of the objectives given to Phil Harrison was "to make people cry".When asked what big first-party PS3 game are standing out after Killzone 2 Reeves talked through the internal approval process about what games get the green light. "They haven't been announced, but I'll give you the thought process. We now have, every quarter, something called Gameshow where we all get together globally and look at what Worldwide Studios are producing. Now, we don't see every game at every session, but every session, we see five or six new IPs which we can rate. "I can, hand on heart, say that there are six or seven such games, coming in the next 18 months, which are absolutely spectacular. There are some that are very emotional - one of the objectives we gave Phil Harrison is to make people cry. We know that in the middle and the back end of next year, these are going to come out and people will say: 'I have never seen anything like that before'. We just have to be a little bit patient - there will be more God of Wars and so on." You can read the full interview www.computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=168699

An example of Sony making people cry: Why did I buy a PS3? Why, oh whyyyy ?? I could spent that money on a nice widescreen LCD monitor for my Xbox360. I could have placed a pre-order for Halo 3 Legendary Edition. I could have had DINNER !!! Why, oh why ??
