PS3 Crashing

I purchased a PS3 on saturday and it's crashing when auido cds are imported. The station hangs and does not respond, however the cd tracks are indeed copied onto the disk. I have to reset the station to use it again. I have prepared a small video and the same is in the youtube site. Can any of you help me resolve the problem.
