So My name is David, I've owned my 360 since summer 2006 (bought it in Europe) ; I'm french and living in Delhi. I'm happy to have found this website where i can find other 360 gamers in India.

I'll start by introducing myself first.
I'm Pete from Bangalore. As far as i can remember, i've been gaming since the Atari era (in the 80's) (miss those cartridges :. Anyways, after that, i got my first Gameboy and was hooked (remember playing Mario, Aladdin, and Judge Dredd .
Coming to the presen, i'm currently playing both on my PC and 360. Although, i prefer FPS games on the PC.
Looking forward to playing with you all on XBL when it launches here.

Hello Guys,

I am Hardik. I have been playing games for 14-15 years now. I first game i played was "DIGGER" (if i've spelled it rite). That was on my 286. I remember having 2 5.4" floopies full of games...lol. Then came 386,486,Pentium Pro, P III and now i have a laptop which i purchased last year and cost me a fortune...lol.[btw, its the DELL Inspiron 9300...was fully loaded when i purchased it...now though...the graphic card(go 6800) has become outdated..]. Till date I have played almost all PC games released. (cannot name a favorite though...).

Well I never owned a console. Which has changed now as i preordered the 360. I must say i am happy with it. Purchased 10 games till date. Also purchased a new monitor 20" Widescreen Viewsonic 5ms response... its truely awesome(I have a 54" screen back home...). "But", have not yet received the vga cable which i order long back from Play-asia. (waiting to play on my monitor)

Finally, I am from mumbai. Now in Infosys Manglore. Spent almost half of my earned money the 360,games and the monitor...lol.

Other interests: Programing(I developed my first 3D engine using DirectX 9 as a part of my BE project)

good to have another PC gamer in our midst (i'm one as well). i was the editor of CGW India (A ZD US publication, now rechristened as Games for Windows Mag) and Digit (formerly known as CHIP, a Vogel Media brand).

Well I have all the issues of CGW (i guess some 7-8) and chip too...and digit too...SKOAR too...lol. I spend a lot of $ on all this...hehehe...just cannot resist.
I bought a few issues of PC World recently...looks good.
I hope there will be a mag for the 360 too (in india ofcourse, 360 gets too narrow i guess so a good mag for games...the problem with SKOAR is that by the time it comes out ... almost every damn thing in it is outdated, stuff that shoudl be reviewd is previewed.. ).

yes, you're right -- a magazine devoted to the 360 is too niche for the indian market. maybe in time we'll see an e-zine (lower production costs, zero distribution costs)

my first game was contra and since then i have been jumping across the jungles, icelands to the alien's lair.....
I own a ps2(my frnds prefer to say 'it' owns me) and xbox360
my fav game is God of War.....talk about moves, music and gore man... loved that game

psst. hardik being an infiscion i understand when you say that half of your income has been poured into these things
