The legislation was found unconstitutional as it infringed on First Amendment rights.
The Entertainment Software Association and its partners are building up a laundry list of wins against similar cases across the country. Illinois has been ordered to pay the industry $510K, Washington state $344K, St. Louis $180K, Indianapolis $318Kand Michigan $182K.V
