I don't want to play Gears Of Jaggies/Hype right now cause its too easy. I played without even feeling that i had to try hard and when i played harcore it was like hmm WTF is this. They should have had a difficuty between casual and hardcore. Anyways i will only play GeOW when i have a friend playing split screen with me. I know it will be an Epic experience.
Update :
Ok Ok my bad my bad. Seems i underestimated Gears Of Hype and now it has rightfully earned it real name in my book "GEARS OF WAR PWNS J0000000000000"
One thing that annoyed me :
- Only the beginning, maybe its just me but the jaggies seem to be going through the eyes and that for 20 mins and thats for how much time i had played it. When i went back to the game everything changed for good. The boring part is out. First 20 mins might and i emphsize might create a meh point of you for the game and then it all changes.
- Thats it.
- Yes thats only f@%$ing it.
The good :
- After the Berserker makes its appearance everything changes. The intense action is multiplied 10x times.
- I was thinking the A button mechanism and then hiding and at coming out will get boring but thank the GODS, you won't even notice that you are hiding and shooting anymore. Its like you get used to it and no problems arise out of it.
- The weapons get better, the enviornments get more kick a$$er, the music gets more intense than ever and every -ve opinion you can have about this game changes.
- I started playing at 1pm and right now its 4pm and 3 hours went by like blink of an eye. The game keeps you hooked on bad, its the varied mission play and the enviornments.
- When i say you get hooked on i mean HOOKED ON THE GAME. The enviornments get so good later and missions get intense INTENSE IIIIIIIIINTEEEEEEEEEEENSEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.
- The graphics are absolutely brilliant, i have reached the factory level where its raining and i am looking around the level in absolute awe. I had slight tint of tear in my eye.
- You will never EVER get bored, its like the artistic value of the sorrounding, the epic battle type music playing in background, the mission objectives.
- This game has to be played to be beleived. I managed to play 1 hour or 45 mins on hardcore than the game got too tough and i had to call a friend of mine. After that it was the best gaming time i ever had on a console EVER. When he died and he was begging me to save him and i ignored him and then verbal fight outside and insane virtual fight in the game made it all more intense....
- Play with a friend guys, it has to be played with a friend. The difficulty and excitement is not possible to express. BUY THIS GAME NOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
Call Of Duty : Pacific Assault
Initial Feelings :
I finally found out why people who absolutely loved COD2, have a thing against COD3.
The game has beautiful graphics and it runs superbly smooth. Infact i have never seen a game run so smooth at times. Now i have played 3/5th of the game and IMO it has changed direction from COD2.
- Where COD2 was about epic scale war, COD3 is about close combat. Everything seems tightly knit together with follow "one" path agenda.
- Where COD2 was about absolutely gorgeous day light scenario's, COD3 usually has fighting taking place during night time.
- COD3 does have the intensity, you never feel like hmm how the heck is it so calm right now ? The sound as expected from any Call Of Duty game is brilliant.
- COD3 tries too hard to have emotion in it through story telling when it itself is shifting through different armies after every stage causing the the "Getting to know your mates" thing to fail.
- This game could also been named Call Of Duty : BUGS OFFENSIVE. WOW ! with inclusion of Rag doll physics game shows signs of bugs in places. The first stage we see an epic scale battle and screen filling with enemies and dead bodies disapearing in the same extreme rate. Only in this mission where the bugs noticeable than ever before.
- We don't get access to jump off low walls when we easily can and sometimes certain things like invisble barrier of some sort, stops us at times.
- At times you might notice that game has a Medal Of Honor Pacific Assault feel to it. I have played that game couple of times and the running, the shadows feel somewhat similar to what they looked in MOHPA. Even the mission objectives strike resemblance to ones in MOHPA.
- Maybe its just me but what the heck MOHPA was a great game and this one is too
Now for why you gotta buy this game :
- WOW WOW WOW, game looks really great. From the lightning, grass, rain, character models, physics, sound to the vehicle riding. Everything is so d@mn good.
- Unlike the previous game which was ported from PC to 360, this one is the game that was made with 360 in its heart and soul and it turned out to be just great.
- With so many soldiers on one screen in one go with explosions, particle effects, epic sound and classic WWII weaponry, you can't stop to admire this for one sec.
- With all factors considered, COD3 is more intense than COD2 since there is so much stuff taking place around you and you can't stop looking left and right and up and down since there too much stuff to see.
- From what i have played/seen, i am enjoying this game like anything. My only regret is it doesn't have that epic huge scale feel to it like COD2 had for certain missions but the intensity keeps up or maybe even surpasses that of COD2
- If you loved COD2, you will love COD3. I am glad treyarch did a good job.
