if by excerpts u mean quotes/voxpops that was a requirement from rediff but i had written them in a way that it went with the flow of the article but they moved them around and now they seem a bit out of place.....i had nothing to do with the images or image captions

wow....really well written article man...!! nice stuff....abt the quotes, i din feel they were out of place....i think they complemented the point u were making real well....
