For being a gamer for more than 19 years have finally made me pay the price, now i'm suffering from epileptic seizures, though it's not a major abnormality but still every damn game copy have a written warning about this disorder, umm u don't believe me, ok go check any game u will find a warning abt es. my best friend who also is a gamer has the same disorder as me and i believe many of u may also b harboring this with or without ur knowledge. it's main symptoms r - dizziness altered vision muscle teiching involuntary movemens loss of awareness mental confusion convulsions so my friends it is better to take 15min break b/w every hour of play as mention by our gaming booklets, we people overlook these warning the same way a smoker avoids the stautory warning. peace and healthy gaming

Urs mite be an extreme case of gamin ! But thanks for the warning...!
Generally 3-4 hours per day, is ok - u get the seizures if u r like a hardcore gamer with around 7-8 hrs of gaming per day - atleast thats what i heard....how many did u spend ?
Mine highest was with GTA SA at a stretch for around 5-6 hours, after that next was with crackdown for around 2-3 hours....but thats it....if u r a casual gamer....i dont think u need to worry !
And did u arrive at this conclusion all by urself or u consulted a proper doctor ? Not contesting ur stitation, but it might just be a temp results of some excessive work or pressure etc, i too felt a couple of times all dizzy and withdrawn during my project deadlines....it just goes away once u relax ur mind for 1-2 days !
Anyway, all the best....hope u recover soon !

Rest will take care of by itself....never ever game more than 2 hours per day and 8 hours on weekends....it mite be difficult to get used to but worth a try...! I doubt anything can help u out, if u keep gaming for 10-12 hrs per day....go for a stroll, play outside....do anything to keep u away from gaming !

man i only come back home on weekends frm my college, so i don't have the luxary to play games very often so thats why i play for so long and moreover when i play a game i try to complete it soon as possible and most of the time i'm sucessfull too, for eg i completed god of war and mgs snake eater in a single try, now u can pretty much imagine my condition, these days i don't have any gud game to play so i'm waiting for new releases like manhunt2, tomb raider. and i still have to play gears of war and hell yeah i will complete it in a single night. peace
