No I didn't mean that. Suppose its one to three, then for the devs that make games that require HD, their available install base suddenly reduces to 7 mil from 10. Why do you say so You do agree with the fact that owners with core system will always have the option of just going out there and buying an HDD for the 360 and walla....your 360 just became a pro version or whatever. I personally think this whole idea is great and this is what differentiated the older Xbox from the PS2 and had reduced load times, etc. It just makes the games all the more Awesome

^^ Maybe ravihpa's related to Billy boy. bleh... ^^ Return on investment was the last thing in your mind when you posted that isnt it? and I don't understand this either, but I personally think buying consoles and games ISN'T CALLED AN INVESTMENT. Its an expenditure, just like you do when you buy a movie ticket. You're buying the console for entertainment, and since you're already there (aka already spent that kind of money), wouldn't hurt you to buy another add-on, which is totally worth it given the pros and in the long run is totally worth the money spent Nevertheless, I do agree with the fact that its idiocracy on part of companies trying to release more and more addons trying to make people spend more and more money and I hate it. I would prefer to just dump the console rather than buying stupid addons, but on the other hand, as I said the Pros in this addon are more, it makes it totally worth it and I know MS should've never released an SKU without an HDD in the first place, am glad they are getting their act straight and actually making an HDD mandatory in future game releases coz it makes your gaming experience all the more beautiful and amazing PS: Oh and on a side note, I personally hate Microsoft, especially coz of their hardware. I hate their keyboards and mouse coz they are shit and now that I've come to know they are churning out so many dead 360s, I hate em even more, coz thats whats stopping me from buying one in the first place. I know they have increased the warranty and shit but damn guys, it takes like f**king ages to send across your console and get it repaired and by the time it reaches back to you, your enthusiasm is all dead and you're hooked up to another console or game I would rather spend my money on a Wii and thats what I intend to do Am waiting up for Microsoft to ship out 360s with less bugs and shit and a more stable SKU.

ok the take it your way..... i feel like i bought the ticket thinking it was Steven Speilbergs and later it turns out to be Himesh Reshamiyaas, if this wasnt enough they tell me that i wont be able to watch the later half of the movie if i dont have their 'special' popcorns which i know are wet.
So in short its called Insult on Injury

I spoke with a good pal who works for Rockstar and he confirms that they are now very restricted with the DVD format. He recommends investing in the 12GB and not the 20GB version.
I am not sure if the 120 is on sale in India but you can easily order the official Asian release from Playasia or Ebay. It sells here for HK$1280-$1340 retail.
Also the Elite is being released here in 10 days or less so thats another option.

Microsoft denied reports that select Xbox 360 titles will require a hard drive to play games amid growing concerns among Xbox 360 Core owners (those without hard drives). "Every game will work with every Xbox 360 system," a Microsoft spokesman told GamePro when asked about the "Hard Drive Required" sticker. "But just like some games will require you to have a Memory Unit to save games, some games will require you to have a Hard Drive to experience them." For example, gamers can't fully experience the critically acclaimed Oblivion without at least a memory card to save one's progress the representative explained. It is still unclear how a lack of hard drive might affect the gameplay experience outside of game saves, however. An estimated 20 percent of the total Xbox 360 install base own the Core model without hard drive. www.pcworld.com/article/id,135571-c,gameconsoles/article.html These MS guys are horrible!! They just dont wanna accept that they have committed a serious foresight error. Just look at their wordings,"you won't be able to "experience" the game, although it will "work". What on earth does it mean anyways? This Hard Drive requirement sure appears to be a thing of the future, and that too near, not distant. GTA IV it is!!
