Hi, I live in Bangladesh. Here xbox360 is very very expensive. So, I want to buy it from India because I heard this unit is sold in it's original price in India.
I want to buy it from Kolkata if possible. Because this city is closest to me. But Delhi will do. Please provide me the price of the following products. I will be very thankful to you.
1. Xbox360 Core Console (Modded to play backups) 2. 64 MB memory card 3. 1 extra wired controller 4. Games
And if there any site which provide good information, please give me. Thanks in advance.

1. Rs 23,740 2. dunno 3. not sure...somewhere between 1,500 and 2,000 3. Rs 2,510
you won't find any better site for India-related Xbox 360 news than this right here....you can go to xbox.com/in there u can find a list of authorised retailers in kolkata or delhi
if ur budget allows it, i would suggest u go in for a premium console...take a couple of more months and save up for it if u have to....it costs 27,750 and comes with a wireless controller and a hard drive...core consoles are really a waste..... the harddrive itself costs 5,500 if u buy it separately

Thanks guys for the valuable information. I do not want to buy the premium version because it has some accessories which I don't need. And also I want to play it on my monitor. So, the wires are not in any use of me.

also in many games (oblivion for example)...the HDD is used during gameplay to considerable reduces load times....even if u dont need the other stuff, its really convenient to have the hard drive

OK. I am going for the Premium version.
There is another concern for me. I knew that the ratio of Bangladeshi Taka and Indian Rupee is 1.20:1. Which means if you give me one Rupee I have to give you 1.20 Taka.
But the recent dollar exchange rate made this ratio very complicated. Recently, someone bought Rupee for 1.56 Taka. It is unbelievable. So, I want to know, what is the current Rupee : Dollar ratio? In the past, it was around 45 Rupee/Dollar. Can you guys give me the current info?
