^^topic^^ with games like GoW and such coming out in inda , do retailer follow the age requirement for the game? is it all bullsh!t there?
also sub note, why is there so much grey market in india?

for ur first question...no1 cares about ESRB rating in india...retailers would willingly sell GoW to a toddler

because there was no genuine market...the original exbox was never sold in india....the ps2 was officially sold around 4 years after elsewhere in the world...so basically if u wanted either of these, you would have to buy a grey market console
so after buying the console, here were no games (again since the consoles werent officially launched here)....so all that was available was pirated games....and how do u play pirated games? by modding the console...hence high penetraion of grey market consoles and games
i should add however, that ther percentage of grey market products for the 360 is significantly lower owing to the fact that the xbox is officially present in india with customer support and warranty....only problems is with games...there arent too many available so we have to resort to ordering them over the internet

sorry to interupt lol, but in Europe it's exactly the same thing, asia, everywhere i went ever since i was a kid i was able to buy Mature games without any problems,hell i was playing gta 3 when I was in Kuala Lumpur and I was 10...

i think those ratings are mainly for the US where the developers don't want to get sued for every little thing
