Hi,
I have a US NTSC Xbox 360 console. The power adapter aka. brick seems to have blown off due to some power fluctuations. I was using a step down adapter (500 W). This setup worked for about 4 months before this incident occurred.
I'm now in a dilemma where I can't get a new adapter from Microsoft support in India even though the US Xbox support said MS India should be able to provide a 220V adapter which should work with the US NTSC console (this is true as I have tested this out - this means that the power adapter is kinda universal).
Can anyone here help me find an Indian original Microsoft Xbox 360 adapter; I would appreciate any information that would help (i.e. like a reseller who does sell these adapters or if anyone has a spare adapter). I'm willing to pay for this replacement. (I acknowledged this to Microsoft support too, but their support is just not agreeing on selling/replacing an adapter for US NTSC console).
I'd appreciate any help from the members here.
Thank you and looking forward to your replies.
Regards, Hoshi

posting your location might help. btw officially its hard to find a power brick. you can still try your luck. i would suggest palika in delhi or alpha/heeraPanna in mumbai. I think they might have working power bricks for non working consoles which they might want to get rid of

Thankx for the information guys.
I'm in Bangalore. I guess I'll just have to send the brick to US for replacement.
