i dont playstation3 sales mark to be more than xbox360.it is good that sony came to know or discovered india as a huge gaming market but it is too late because xbox360 craze is still in air i know there are many loyal coustmers of sony and sony exclusiveity is lost so i think it is a some thing other than crap to rich

i hate 2 say this but ps3 imo is going 2 outsell the 360 in india cuz ps2 is MUCH MUCH more popular in india...most of the people dont even know what xbox is.

for gods sake the official ps3 price of 39990 is 890 us dollars,so unless i get into prostitution i cant buy it.
if the grey market 60gb model goes below 30k i might consider.

PlayStation3 to debut in India
NEW DELHI: Sony will launch their gaming console Playstation 3 (PS3) in India on April 27, 2007.
Responding to regional retail and consumer demand, Sony will offer the deluxe model, which will be priced at Rs 39,990.
The PS3 comes equipped with a wireless controller, a Blu-ray high-definition video disc device, giga-bit Ethernert and a 60GB hard disk drive.
A range of titles will also be available from some of the world's leading publishers including Electronic Arts, Namco Bandai and Sony Online Entertainment.
Priced at Rs 2,799 per game, the line-up includes Resistance: Fall of Man, MotorStorm, Genji, Days of the Blade, Formula 1 – Championship Edition and Ridge Racer 7.
Other game titles include Def Jam: Icon, Fight Night Round 3, NBA Street HomeCourt, Need for Speed Carbon, The Godfather – The Don's Edition, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2007 and Untold Legends: Dark Kingdom.
